 DEPOSIT 

To confirm your booking, a 30% deposit is required within 24 hours. Please notify us of any changes at least 2 weeks in advance. Changes will depend on our availability, and 50% of the deposit will be refunded if changes cannot be made. For cancellations or changes with less than 2 weeks' notice, the deposit is non-refundable. 

 EARLY FEE 

A fee of $20 for each hour will apply for bookings scheduled before 6 AM. 

For example: 5am/5:30am start: $40 

 LATE ARRIVAL POLICY  

Clients arriving 15 minutes or later may incur a late arrival fee of $10 for every 15 minutes delayed. This fee helps compensate for the impact of the delay on the schedule. e.g. 30 mins late = $30

 MOBILE BOOKINGS

With at least 2 makeup bookings.

Clients are responsible for all parking costs related to mobile services, including valet and street parking, and must cover hair/makeup artist(s) travel fees. Any additional parking charges incurred on the day will be added to the invoice. 

Please be aware that the makeup artist may arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment time to set up the kit, ensuring a prompt start.  

 CLIENT ALLERGIES DISCLOSURE

 At K-Makeup Studio | Perth, the safety and comfort of our clients are our top priority. Please disclose any known allergies or sensitivities to makeup products, skincare ingredients, or tools prior to your session. 

 SOCIAL MEDIA 

K-Makeup Studio | Perth will maintain a portfolio to showcase our work. By confirming your booking, clients grant permission for photographs or videos of makeup applications for promotional use 

To opt out of being photographed for marketing purposes, please inform the makeup artist. 

PREPARATION FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT

- Your bare face/hair photos (depending if you have booked in makeup/hair services or both). This will assist me in achieving your desired look promptly. 

- Reference photos for hair/makeup

Hair/makeup preparation

Makeup prep: arrive with a clean, bare face so we can start with makeup immediately.

Hair prep: please wash and dry your hair the day completely the day before your appointment. Use only shampoo, avoiding conditioner and any styling products such as hair oil or styling cream. 

STUDENT/ PENSION/ GREEN CARDS

 *Clients with Student/ Pension/ Green cards will have 15% discount across services.
